As a leading provider of logistics solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled sales representative to expand our customer base and increase revenue through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and tactics, including cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
