As a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our procedures and protocols comply with local, federal, and global regulatory standards. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement quality management strategies, ensure compliance with industry best practices, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or a related field. They will possess a strong understanding of Canadian packaging and labelling regulations, SQF and EcoVadis requirements, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage all regulatory information related to our products, create product specifications and certificates of analysis templates, and coordinate responses to customers and suppliers.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and report on activities, processes, and procedures, obtain non-conformance reports, and assist with prepping for third-party auditors.
  • Product Exportation and Importation: Obtain certificates of analysis from suppliers, respond to questions from accounting and sales teams, and complete customs B2 submissions.
  • Administration and Support: Prepare and maintain quality management documentation, process orders and purchase order holds, and perform product assessments and regular inspections.
