About the Role

The L3Harris Anti-Corruption Program ensures the company, its employees, and third parties conduct global business ethically and transparently. The program aims to comply with Anti-Corruption laws in all countries where we operate. As an Ethics Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with L3Harris policies, which prohibit bribery, kickbacks, and other forms of improper influences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence on certain third parties, including sales consultants, distributors, and representatives (CDRs), as required by L3Harris policy.
  • Evaluate due diligence materials, assess identified red flags, and offer initial risk assessments of due diligence results.
  • Monitor CDR agreement renewal timelines and ensure renewal completion before expiration.
  • Draft CDR Agreements and participate in their negotiation, liaising with SACO, Contracts, and Legal Counsel as necessary.
  • Create guidance and training materials on Anti-Corruption related topics.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with agreements construction and understanding foreign government regulations.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, high accuracy, and self-motivation, with proven agility in fast-paced environments.
  • Avid team player who can also work independently.
  • Multitasking ability and effective priority management to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Articulate and able to liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including company leadership.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience in compliance, paralegal, or contracts.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • Foreign language proficiency is an asset.
  • Prior exposure to financial controls and auditing is also beneficial.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
