Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Manage food and service quality control standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
