Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

At Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
