Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jacal Inv. Inc. as a key member of our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
