**Job Summary:**

The Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various services at BGIS. This involves overseeing the life cycle of work orders, guaranteeing that vendors adhere to service level agreements and meet deadlines to maintain exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties:**

  • Oversee the effective delivery of services, including work order management and vendor coordination;
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and quality standards;
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to work orders to optimize operational efficiency.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and developing strategic plans;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Benefits Package:

BGIS offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
