We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to join our team at Lavie Financial Inc. in an urban area within the finance and insurance sector.

About This Opportunity

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, conducting research, and directing corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures. You will also perform various administrative tasks, complete insurance and other claim forms, and follow up on issues with work orders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as experience working in business administration/management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including data entry and record keeping
  • Conduct research and provide reports to management
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including completing insurance and other claim forms
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in business administration/management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
