We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Pelican Events & Catering. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
