At BMW Group, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Data & Analytics Intern. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT experts to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain KPI-oriented reports and analysis for all levels of management.
  • Support the setup of data-based dashboards and ensure accurate data availability.
  • Work with Data Scientists to develop predictive analytics use cases.
  • Participate in Agile Working Model and processes such as Scrum, Kanban using JIRA platform.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
  • Relevant analytics and/or BI related working experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge in transactional & analytical data structure and SQL.
  • Coding experience in data processing, aggregation (R, Python).
  • Knowledge in data visualization programs like Tableau.
  • Analytical thinking and first knowledge in analyzing and visualizing data.
  • Fast learner and willingness to work with various data-related topics.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Openness, motivation, and hands-on mentality.
