Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Red Lake, ON. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and develop store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Process customer transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required
