Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Sales and Go-To-Market Strategy. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products within applicable markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop Go-To-Market Strategies: Create and execute go-to-market strategies that align with Maya HTT's mission statement for new products within applicable markets.
- Implement Sales Process: Implement a standardized and scalable sales process for Maya's direct sales channel(s).
- Create Business Opportunities: Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts, including creative lead-generation campaigns, industry events, and networking.
- Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Manage complex sales cycles and develop add-on business within existing accounts.
- Present Value Proposition: Present Maya HTT's value proposition to all levels of potential customer buyer personas, including C-Suite, IT, and Procurement.
- Forecast and Achieve KPIs: Accurately forecast built pipeline while achieving agreed-upon short-term and long-term KPIs.
- Identify Ideal Customer Profile: Identify ideal customer profiles on an ongoing basis and as a function of evolving business needs, mapping buy-groups and customer purchasing journeys.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Ensure highly satisfied clients who happily provide references as potential cornerstones of future business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work efficiently and cross-functionally with relevant internal teams.
- Attend Industry Events: Attend industry trade shows to research and generate leads, informing and advising Maya HTT's executive leadership team on relevant market trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Skills: Self-managing and self-driven with a strong focus on business development, demonstrated ability to sell to large enterprises, and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Desirable: Knowledge and experience in the plastic injection industry or with engineering simulation software, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
