Job Title: Director of Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel management, sales teams, and clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international luxury brands or independent properties
- Knowledge of the Canadian market and sales trends
