Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Director

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Global Expat Recruiting. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Middle East market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including high-end luxury tour operators and travel agencies.
  • Represent our company at tradeshows, conferences, and events to promote our luxury resort properties.
  • Conduct sales calls, organize events, and provide training and support to our sales team.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with our global sales team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in the Middle East market.
  • Strong network of contacts in the luxury travel industry, including high-end tour operators and travel agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
