Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Arinas. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: A Registered Apprenticeship certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field is required.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: French is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Hours: The work schedule is 35 hours per week.
