Job Title: Pharmaceutical Caseworker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Caseworker to join our team at JobCart Inc. As a Pharmaceutical Caseworker, you will play a critical role in supporting patients during a state of transition, ensuring they receive the necessary medication and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage patients by phone, utilizing your French and English communication skills to provide empathetic support and guidance.
  • Work as part of a team to triage inquiries and requests from a shared email inbox and use chat to communicate with patients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Explain prescription coverage to patients and answer questions, utilizing provided templates and thorough training.
  • Act as an important point of contact and liaison between patients and internal/external stakeholders, representing JobCart Inc. with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience, education, or strong interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency level bilingualism in English and French.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administration and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to use empathy when dealing with patients who are suffering from difficult conditions.
  • Tech-savvy, able to set up a home office, with solid knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
  • Highly motivated to learn, takes initiative.
  • Friendly, adaptable, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Task Types:

  • Support patients during a state of transition.
  • Explain transition and why it is happening.
  • Complete administrative tasks.
  • Data entry.
  • Fax/file prescriptions.
  • Use Conga to send docs to MD's as needed.
  • Place scheduling requests.
  • In CRM - create new scheduling request.
  • Drug order.
  • In CRM - create new DO request.
  • Adherence calls.
  • Questionnaire for adherence straight forward (in OneNote) Phone call.
  • Patient appointment reminder.
  • Templated phone call.
