About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caseworker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Caseworker, you will play a critical role in managing patient cases and providing support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient cases and projects assigned to you, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Adhere to company processes and protocols, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Implement call-centre programs, including provision of patient support, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up.
  • Participate in market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document all activities in the program-specific database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on case management.
Requirements
  • Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.
