We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects in the Atlantic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining budgets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in delivering complex projects within the telecom industry. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks and issues.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors and network stakeholders. You will need to effectively communicate project scope, cost, and schedule to senior leadership teams.

This is a full-time position, requiring travel up to 10% of the time. The work location is Moncton, NB, and you will be required to be in the office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors and network stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate project scope, cost, and schedule to senior leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including issue and action logs, risk management plans, and status reports
  • Monitor and control project outcomes, mitigating risks and resolving issues as necessary
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with an engineering degree or 2-year technology diploma
  • 4+ years of project management or coordination experience delivering large, complex projects in the telecom industry
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in financial forecasting and cost management
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, influencing, stakeholder management, communication, and business writing skills
