Restaurant Operations Manager

Namaskar Restaurant Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and efficient communication skills.
Requirements: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience, Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and excellent oral communication skills.
