Job Description

This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be a valuable part of our Huntsville team, working collaboratively to meet goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the guidelines of the Ontario Electrical Code, Government Regulations, and Daiken's Current Practices & Health & Safety Policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and identify work order priorities for shutdowns.
  • Perform repairs on equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Track machine availability and efficiencies, tuning equipment to ensure adequate controls and safety measures are functional.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Industrial Millwright/Mechanic 433A.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and competent technical skills, both theoretical and applied.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends, and possess basic computer skills.
