We build custom residential buildings, from excavation through to continued property maintenance. Our team of over 100 employees continue to drive our success.

We are constantly adding to our growing team and are seeking more individuals to join our construction site maintenance crew. This role is versatile spanning from assisting in the maintenance of current construction sites to finished client cottages. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide cleaning support at our residential construction sites, such as disposing of construction debris in appropriate bins and ensuring the site is organized
- Assist our property maintenance crew with exterior cleanups
- Vacuuming, washing, moping and scrubbing floors and stairs
- Cleaning light fixtures, baseboards, and windowsills
- Cleaning/dusting under and behind furniture, lamps, etc
- Clean, sanitize, and deodorize bathrooms and kitchens
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Clean windows and mirrors to provide a clear and streak free appearance
- Reporting/resolving any client issues
- Follow and uphold health and safety policies and procedures
- Provide cleaning support to post-construction residential clients when required
- Perform additional duties as needed

- Energetic, positive, and outgoing.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
