About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Lead to join our team at Innio. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading technical support efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of complex products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership to operations and manufacturing teams, collaborating on validation tests (DVP&R) for critical engine components.
  • Solve component/assembly issues by leading root cause analysis, defining short-term and long-term corrective actions, and driving resolution across multiple engineering and business functions.
  • Create and review engineering change requests for product improvements and cost reductions, supporting related design and release activities.
  • Participate in project technical design reviews for new product development projects, providing input on critical core components, current product issues, and supplier capabilities to the project team, and supporting new product launch and engineering change implementation.
  • Offer technical engineering support to other functional areas as required, including other engineering teams, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, service, contracted engineering consultants, and suppliers.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Design Technology from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical design and/or development experience, specifically in machining and operations environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of mechanical design and/or development experience with components and systems of reciprocating internal combustion engines and core components.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance calculations in the development process.
  • Familiarity with materials, manufacturing, and assembly processes, and experience working with associated functional organizations.
  • Current product support and problem-solving design experience.
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and/or activities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing, oral communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% for domestic and international assignments if required.
Compensation Package

The salary for this role is approximately $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
