About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising staff and leading teams to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with our kitchen team to maintain efficient operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

This is a permanent position that offers 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with our company and take on additional responsibilities as they become available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a positive and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring we have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant work experience.
