Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources policies and programs that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective employee relations by providing coaching, training, and feedback to employees and management.
- Analyze and interpret employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on benefits administration, performance management, and payroll processes.
- Oversee employee data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Hire, train, and supervise HR staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
