Job Description
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator in Toronto. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our company philosophies.
Your primary focus will be on implementing programming aligned with our return-to-office strategy, engaging with key stakeholders to support office experience and culture, and strengthening vendor relationships to keep our Toronto-based team engaged and productive.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with global Workplace colleagues, cross-functional partner teams, and functional leaders to create a productive and comfortable work environment that reflects our company's values.
- Utilize vendor management best practices to provide our team members with top-notch service, whether issues are resolved in-house or by one of our partners.
- Craft relevant communications and documentation regarding Workplace policies and programs for our team.
- Collaborate with the Regional Experience Manager and our Finance & Strategy partner to manage site operational expenses and fixed assets.
- Develop and manage site-specific meal and snack programs based on our global food program framework.
- Support space planning, office expansions, and layout changes as required.
- Manage and support events to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide remote support to other offices, including potential travel.
- Contribute to the Workplace team's goals by taking on ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, which includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in office/facilities management in a fast-paced environment, with a working knowledge of building systems and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in vendor and budget management.
- Experience managing and developing a team to achieve goals efficiently.
- Strength in building relationships with key partners to ensure efficiency and understanding on cross-functional projects.
- A proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects.
