About the Job

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing existing ones to ensure efficiency;
  • Evaluating and delegating work to office support staff;
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Training staff;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
  • Resolving conflict situations;
  • Commissioning systems and components;
  • Monitoring and evaluating;
  • Overseeing payroll administration;
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills. They will also be flexible, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 30-44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
