We are a fast-paced restaurant looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delegating tasks to office support staff, establishing priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

  • You will carry out administrative activities and administer policies related to record release requests under government legislation.
  • Coordinating office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Additionally, you will assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data entry and training staff are also key components of this role.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations and make decisions based on organizational goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative setting.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail are also essential qualities for this position.
