Strategic Sales Leader

Spartan Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their team in the Mississauga area. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profit performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Achieve company objectives for sales and profit performance by driving top-line sales, market share, and bottom-line profit.
- Provide leadership and talent engagement for Sales Representatives to ensure a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships.
- Monitor, manage, and direct supervision of Sales Representatives, including selection, hiring, development, training, performance management, and new hire procedures.
- Ensure execution on monthly expectations and standards, strategies, and action items using Customer Relationship Management tools and executing sales opportunities and safety procedures.
- Manage payroll, productivity, and staffing in the region or branch against established performance expectations and objectives.
- Lead bench strength planning to achieve and maintain sales growth requirements.
- Execute people-related initiatives, such as training, compensation approvals, and fostering positive morale.
- Implement performance management processes for all Sales Representatives, including recognition and disciplinary procedures up to termination.
- Manage and coordinate requests from other branches, Office Support Group, or Shared Services Group.
- Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure assigned locations align with the Organization's processes and direction.
- Basic knowledge and competencies include excellent time management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
- Strong leadership, people development, financial acumen, cognitive skills, decision-making, and quantitative analysis abilities are required.
- The ability to assess customer patterns and adjust labor and branch focus accordingly is necessary.
- Thorough knowledge of sales systems, procedures, techniques, equipment, operations, standards, and reports is needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience in roles with increasing responsibility and 3+ years of supervising four or more employees are preferred.
- Experience leading in a multi-unit work environment and analytical decision-making skills are advantageous.
