The role requires strategic thinking, project management skills, and excellent communication planning abilities.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for developing compelling content strategies across internal channels, partnering with field sales and supply chain teams to meet the unique needs of frontline employees.

You will implement content strategies across comms-led field channels, work closely with peers on internal and external comms teams, and serve as project manager for field content planning.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, and outstanding writing, proofreading, and strategic communication planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Field Sales and Supply Chain to develop engaging content strategies for frontline employees.
  • Implement content strategies across comms-led field channels and collaborate with internal and external comms teams.
  • Manage field content planning projects, including storymining, calendar management, and content approvals.
  • Drive EVP externally and internally through owned social channels.
  • Work closely with internal and external comms team members to ensure approvals.
  • Serve as community manager for PFC Yammer/Viva Engage account and focus on driving engagement with frontline employees.
  • Lead monitoring, measurement, and insights for comms-managed field channels, delivering succinct reports to teammates and senior executives.
  • Serve as resident PFC field communications expert with global PepsiCo partners and stakeholders.
  • Support internal comms team to rollout plans flawlessly and impactfully.
