We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Uniparts OEM Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, arranging training for staff, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Our ideal candidate has 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of success in negotiating sales contracts and building relationships with business clients. They possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal awareness and organized skills.

Job Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
