Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at MAS Precision Parts. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to address them
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and job expectations
  • Review candidate inventories and develop plans to recruit and select top talent
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to support employee development
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
