Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Coffee Culture Café and Eatery is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, coffee shop, and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, analyzing sales data and inventory levels to inform business decisions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
