Administrative Coordinator

At Marjolaine Dion C.O. et RH, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to executives and teams, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations
* Supervise staff and ensure daily operations run smoothly
* Plan, organize, and direct daily operations
* Conduct research and provide recommendations to executives
Requirements:
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Valid driver's license and own transportation
Working Conditions:
* Work in a fast-paced office environment
* Work 32 to 36 hours per week
