Administrative Support Specialist

Randstad Canada is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support its administrative team in a transportation industry company in Drummondville. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, taking calls, and ensuring good follow-up of emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry related to merchandise
- Taking calls for information related to delivery, merchandise, pickup, etc.
- Ensure good follow-up of emails for one-off requests
- Creation of scorecards
- Ordering office supplies
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in an administrative position
- Good command of computer software
- Resourceful and autonomous
