Global Sales Director Opportunity

Gecko Alliance, a leading manufacturer and distributor of electronic controls for the Spa industry, is seeking a seasoned Global Sales Director to lead our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and managing a team of account managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach a team of account managers to achieve sales and profit margin objectives
  • Develop sales strategic plans for all major accounts and manage the Gecko sales pipeline and forecast
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders and key influencers in the spa industry
  • Lead a team of account managers to provide global account management for Gecko's customers, meeting sales and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Participate in industry events and private events organized by clients, supporting promotional initiatives and maintaining the up-to-date sales funnel in CRM
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a management role of sales professionals in B2B
  • Success track records with specific sales goals and customer portfolios
  • Demonstrated previous performance in achieving sales objectives and account management
  • Sales experience in electronic manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Business, Management, Engineering, or equivalent will be considered an asset
  • Best practices in funnel and forecast management using a CRM system
  • Strong communication in English, French is an asset
  • Knowledge of the spa market and pool and/or sanitary is a bonus

Please note that the head office is in Québec, Canada, and performance-based variable compensation is part of the total compensation package, in addition to the fixed base salary. Flexible and hybrid work schedules are available, focusing on results.
