About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with customers. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing individual territory plans, generating new leads and business opportunities, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individual territory plans that define target accounts based on the best fit for Truleo's services and solutions.
- Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging data and insights to reinforce value and drive business growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships.
- Analytical, flexible, self-motivated, confident, and possess strong networking and problem-solving skills.
