Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team at Livingston International. As a Director, Sales Emerging Business, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives and leadership of a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, including profitability, pricing, services mix, vertical markets, and sales channels
- Create and execute sales growth strategies for existing revenue and new opportunities
- Develop and manage sales metrics and cultivate a high-performing culture of continuous performance management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales force and develop a robust talent pipeline
- Manage daily sales activities, including call activity, lead management, pipeline management, account setup, and onboarding
- Collaborate with other sales leaders within the commercial business
- Adhere to established policies and procedures
- Assess sales data and analytics to inform sales strategies
- Develop sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Business acumen and straight talk
