Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 13771563 Canada Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:

* Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
* Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions
* Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
