Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOMINO'S PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service skills.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food meets our high standards.
  • Inventory Management and Reporting
    • Manage inventory levels of food and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock levels, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
