Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement effective work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen is staffed to meet demand.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
