Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOMINO'S PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of energy and motivation.
