Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOMINO'S PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service skills.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Develop and implement efficient systems for food preparation, service, and inventory management.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or supervisory role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
