Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at 2023 Second Mountain LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
About the RoleThe Business Growth Strategist will work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored strategies to achieve their objectives. This will involve conducting market analysis, profitability analysis, and other financial modeling to inform business decisions.
You will also be responsible for managing delivery of all phases of client engagements under the direction of a partner, communicating effectively with senior-level clients, and fostering trust-based relationships to set the foundation for repeat business.
As a Business Growth Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from market analysis and profitability analysis to operational reviews and operating model design. You will also be responsible for creating external awareness of Second Mountain expertise and experience through social media, academia, or industry networks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis and profitability analysis to inform business decisions
- Develop tailored strategies to achieve client objectives
- Manage delivery of all phases of client engagements
- Communicate effectively with senior-level clients
- Foster trust-based relationships with existing clients
- Create external awareness of Second Mountain expertise and experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, advanced degree or MBA preferred. You will also need to have ~4-5 years of management consulting experience with a top-tier firm, solid functional business knowledge, and proven record of high performance, leadership, and substantial achievements in past positions.
You will also need to have outstanding quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, the ability to translate analysis into recommendations with high standards for quality, and the ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and internal team-building events.
Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a bonus.
