Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies that drive revenue and profitability for our clients.
- Work closely with senior-level clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead client engagements, managing all phases of the project under the direction of a partner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build trust and momentum towards key decisions and adoption of change.
- Contribute to researching, developing, and improving proprietary content, methodology, and tools.
- Collaborate with partners to understand market trends and client needs, supporting growth planning and management activities.
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members in career development.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- ~4-5 years of management consulting experience with a top-tier firm (known brand or boutique).
- ~ Solid functional business knowledge, including but not limited to growth strategy, operating model analysis and design, organizational governance and performance management, project management.
- ~ Proven record of high performance, leadership, and substantial achievements in past positions, especially in high-intensity environments.
- ~ Experience working with executive teams to elaborate company vision and strategic direction.
- ~ Outstanding quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analysis into recommendations with high standards for quality.
- ~ Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and internal team-building events – frequency and intensity will vary.
- ~ Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
