Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies for the IT sector, in line with our organizational goals:

- Enhance Nixa's presence within the industry and explore new market segments.
- Effectively manage the sales process and coordinate with various stakeholders involved in client decision-making.

- Devise a service strategy that addresses specific client needs while actively promoting our offerings.
- Analyze business performance to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggest strategic modifications.
- Market Expansion: Create strategies to penetrate new markets or solidify our position in existing ones.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to guide strategic choices.
- Proactively develop new accounts and business prospects through targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay ahead of market trends, anticipate client needs, and propose cutting-edge solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Construct a robust business plan.
- Identify new business ventures and partnerships aimed at growth.
- Work with teams to develop and present solutions that maximize client investment in our offerings.
- Assist team members in crafting service proposals.
- Process Optimization: Implement at least one significant enhancement in sales or CRM processes each quarter.
- Oversee sales and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies.
- A university degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with a focus on information technology or strategic management. An MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role, ideally within the IT sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of driving growth and influencing business strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the IT landscape.
- Insight into the strategic and commercial factors that influence client decision-making and the ability to implement effective sales strategies.
- Proven capability to develop and execute successful business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- An innovative mindset to foster sustainable business relationships.
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
