Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and screen-sharing technology.
  • Onboard new customers and drive retention among existing customers.
  • Host live webinars to provide training and answer customer questions.
  • Create educational content to engage customers and help them get more out of the product.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to help shape the future roadmap of the product.
  • Perform functional and acceptance testing of our software in collaboration with the engineering and product teams.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Driven, self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Love helping people and want them to succeed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to accurately follow a process.
  • Extremely tech-savvy and able to master new software tools quickly.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable with math and have a working knowledge of Canadian tax concepts.
