We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Work closely with the North American teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to team-driven projects
  • Upskill and reskill to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
