Join Our Team as a Staff Engineer for Identity Access Management

We're seeking a Staff Engineer to lead our Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering team. As the lead engineer within the IAM space, you'll be responsible for crafting the roadmap, auditing and ensuring the health of the domain, and hands-on engineering of IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or coordinate the IAM team's work and keep projects on schedule
  • Identify gaps in the current IAM process and suggest improvements
  • Serve as the organizational spokesperson for IAM-related activities
  • Work with Tech Leads, Director of Engineering, Security, and Legal to maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions
  • Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack
  • Knowledge of directory services (e.g. Active Directory, LDAP), Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Passion for IAM and Security — Keep tabs on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions
