Technical Lead for Identity Access Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Identity Access Management Engineering team at Fullscript. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our e-commerce platform, specifically our sign-up & login page and OAuth flow.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our IAM Engineering team, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering, Security, and Legal to maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work.
- Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions to ensure the technical health and security of our application.
- Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
- Collaborate with other Technical Leaders across product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack, preferably Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo.
- Experience leading a full-stack software development team and passion for IAM and Security.
- Knowledge of directory services, Single Sign-On technologies, multi-factor authentication solutions, and role-based access control.
