We're seeking a talented Technical Lead to join our Identity Access Management Engineering team and help shape the future of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead our IAM Engineering team, making technical decisions and driving the architecture of our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with other technical leads and engineers to solve complex problems and meet the demands of a fast-growing platform.
- Manage and grow a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Work with the Director of Engineering, Security, and Legal to maintain a quarterly view of prioritized and scoped work.
- Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
- Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
- Passion for IAM and Security, with knowledge of directory services, SSO technologies, MFA solutions, and RBAC.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack, including Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo.
